This company (Harlands) has been on watchdog for their immoral, and illegal practice, but they still try and extort money they are not entitled to by intimidation. They definitely must have known about the closure. Totally disgusted with the service offered with no thought or effort of building a customer relationship. Billie, Ada, Abs and Stephanie have always been adaptive in their classes and either challenged me further, allowed me to adapt or continue workouts as well as provided hints and tips for certain areas. The classes are great, but tend to be morning or tea/time evening, and not much early afternoon when I'm free.Overall I'm very happy with trugym! I requested to cancel my membership online as they instructed (because they hide their phone number so fewer people call) and got an automated response, still refering to my cancellation as a 'request'. I signed up to the gym and have been going daily as i am very consistant with my training.

This seems to be the case for all former members not just me. Would definitely recommend to a friend especially with the ladies only facility.
